Refund Policy – M&T Wear

At M&T Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Certain items, including personalized, customized, or final-sale products, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@mtwear.store with your order details and clear photos of the defective or damaged item.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mtwear.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item after reviewing your request.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
